Anchovy Puff Pastry
Ingredients:
1/2 lb. anchovy fillets
12 black olives, pitted
2 sheets puff pastry
1 egg
Directions:
Cut the pastry into 3" wide rectangles.
Place the anchovy fillets and olives down the center of the pastry, then brush the edges with egg and fold over to enclose.
Cut into 3" lengths, brush with the beaten egg, and place on a greased baking tray.
Bake at 400 degrees F for 5-10 minutes or until golden.
Serve hot.
