Sweet & Sour Meatballs

Ingredients:

2 lbs. grnd beef
1 cup ginger ale
1 cup catsup
1/4 cup honey
1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
1/4 cup vinegar


Directions:

Shape the beef into meatballs, then brown on a cookie sheet, baking at 350 degrees F for 20-30 minutes.

Shake gently to cook on all sides, then drain well.

Combine the remaining ingredients in a large saucepan.

Place the meatballs in the sauce, cover, and simmer for 1 hour.

Serve warm with toothpicks as an appetizer.


Notes:

Bite-size hot dogs may be substituted for the meatballs.
